Great day yesterday!

So yesterday I had 400 calories and I ate 450!  I am really proud of this, today I am 163 for my morning weigh in.  Here is yesterday -

So you might be saying, how can she be proud of going over.  well, if I look the marketside cheddar cheese bread from walmart was most of the calories.  I had taken a few pieces and dipped them into the tomatoes soup,  Talk about heaven!  Loads of water and an extra cup of coffee has helped.

Another benefit I am finding is the amount of water I am drinking has helped to clear my skin up.  I had gotten some acne during finals week and it is finally now disappearing.  I also use Mary Kay Formula 2 wash/scrub.

So today will be a challenge 300 Calories and I have a big dinner with my brother planned.  I have to scan in the food and see how much the calories are on it... this is going to prove interesting this evening.  Ohh well, another Christmas dinner, but I will do my best to stay in my calories.

Stupid Me

Well, I have had issues with my keeping track and boy did I get a reality check today.  165.6... yep, really did happen.  I really want to throw all the cookies in my house in the garbage, each and every single one... but alas I have kids and they want cookies.  I give up!

This experiment is at an end.  It was a mild success until 1, my scale broke at 159.8 and then fucking Christmas.  So I want to say, I am going to keep this going.  I loved it, my hubby didn't love it and nor did anyone else, but it really was working.  I will be shifting between 450 and 100 days.  I obviously cannot do fast days.

So here is a schedule that I made myself, I am calling this the ANA part 2.  I have another wedding to go to in the beginning of June and I want to be thinner for it.  Here we go again starting tomorrow.

Not on a diet today... or tomorrow morning

So its official I have hit finals days.  Today I have one in German, and tomorrow I have two, one in management and one in Statistics 2 (pray I need to get a 75/150 to pass the class).

So in turn I am not on a diet for the next few days, until tomorrow afternoon when I go to Cracker Barrel again.  But in all seriousness, I am just putting in that I weigh in right now at 161.2 so I have had loads of success with this, and will continue, but for finals all bets are off.

See you on Sunday!

Hot Chocolate!

I am starting this out with a recipe.  I love my diet hot chocolate and I ran out!  Well, I really don't have enough room in my budget to pay $3 for another package.  So I google and I found the greatest recipe, 16 calories every Tablespoon!  Here is the original poster

Ingredients

6 tbsUnsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cupDry nonfat milk powder
1 tspCornstarch
1 tspSalt
3/4 cupMaple Sugar

In my size 8 jeans!

So god let me know I am on the right path by ripping my size 10 jeans yesterday.  They were my pre-married jeans, aka pre all of my kids.  I purchased them in about 2006.  It was very interesting, there is a massive worn hole in the butt now.  So I always have to wear the size 8 jeans now.  My hip measurement is down to 42"  I am going to buy a pair of size 6 jeans... Never have I ever worn that size!  squeal!

Yesterday was a fast day and I did amazing!

Secret of the day, lemon water, and lots of school.  I had made a cup of hot water yesterday and then added some lemon juice.  I then kept my mug on me all day until I left school at 3.  Then at dinner I ate just 2 shells, with sauce.  I would consider it a great success.

Today went great too!  Here is my food list for my 500 calories:

War on 166, I wonder if I can get under 160 by the new year.

12/1 End of day

So my last post was from the morning, and now i just finished up my dinner and man am I full.  I had Turkey Day leftovers.  I piled my plate and then went to log it in... I had to take it down 100 calories!  Oops.  So I took off the mashed sweet potatoes and 1/2 of the turkey.  I went over today but I still have to do my running for my 5K training.

Another thing I did was to keep my Maple sugar with a 1/4 tsp.  I always like to put 2 scoops into my coffee, so I slowly downgraded from a teaspoon, to a 1/2 teaspoon and now to 1/4, cutting out those calories.

As always with every meal I drink a quart of water.

I feel like today went well with all the majorly indulgent food I could have eaten.  I only had 1/2 slice of pizza and I even put food back when it came to the turkey dinner.  Lots of water tonight, and tons of homework.  I have a difficult we ahead of me, 5 orders came in for the online shop so I have to get those made and sent out.

Have a great day!

Yesterday!

Yesterday finished up great!  I had about 85 calories the entire day.  I tried to go for the broccoli, but one of my kids finished it before I could have a bite.  But I thought that might happen so I ordered the bowl of greens, it is about a cup of greens with some sweet relish, two cornbread and a biscuit.  Well, my kids ate the breads and I had about 1/2 the greens. which ended up being about 50 calories.  So if you are doing this and you don't want to raise too many eyebrows order the greens at Cracker Barrel.

The other thing I learned was, ask for a second water, the 16 oz glass was great but it would have been awesome to have a quart.

Although I found the look on my brother's face priceless when I ordered something very different.

Today is a 250 day, I know there will be coffee for breakfast and my soup for dinner so I have some calories to play with for lunch.

Scale this morning read 165.6.  (I had to edit, I wrote 155.6, wishful thinking!)

11.30.2014

Yesterday went pretty good, I went over on calories but it was still bad. I did find myself not too upset the scales said 163.6 this morning, so even though yesterday was not the greatest, today can still work out.  Put the past behind me and keep moving forward.

Yesterday's food:

Today has me very nervous.  It is a fast day, and I am up to 19 calories (coffee!)  at 11 I am also due to meet my brother for brunch at cracker barrel.  I wonder if I order a kids meal and just eat a fruit cup if anyone will notice, and feed the rest of the meal to the kids.  I honestly need a good plan for this.  I am looking at the sides and a side of broccoli is 30 calories.  I think that is a good plan, but I cannot really find something that Mym would eat.  I will probably think of it when I get there.  There is really no options for really healthy eating.

I will report back later...

Back on track today!

I am so excited that I got this today!  Under 200 Calories, it was not easy.  The worst was the bite, literally a bite, of my Husband's double bacon cheeseburger from five guys, 50 calories, from a bite!  Then the about 6 fries, for another 30 calories, it was yummy but it made my afternoon difficult.  I had a cup of raspberry leaf tea in the afternoon.  Now you will see the cranberry juice also, that is 1 cup and then another 3 cups of water, I keep it in a quart jar, staying hydrated is important.

I am planning on working on Christmas Presents and orders for the most part of the night.  Tomorrow is a 300 calorie day!  I am going to go shopping with the family for groceries tomorrow morning after my daughter's basketball game, the list is starting but it is again difficult to gauge what to buy that will also help me with the war on 166!

The day after Thanksgiving...

Thanksgiving is a terrible idea, we are Americans and our lives are so based around food we have a holiday devoted to it, I wanted to list all the food we had at our house.  Remember I am not doing this is some posh NYC apartment, I have a family so I still have to feed, so here is my hubby's first plate.... he had two or three just like this.
So being in love with food, I ate too much and drank way too much!  So I got onto the scale today and found myself at 166.6, that evil weight again!!  The best so far has been 162, and that was a fleeting moment in time some weeks ago.  Why can I not do this, it drives me nuts, I am a deans list college student, but seriously I can't control my eating.  It is now going to be a real test, getting SERIOUSLY back on track.

To be honest I am terrified of being the fat sister at my brother's wedding this coming September (10 months to go).

Finals week is in a week and I will be stressed to the max then, so a few extra things may happen.  But for the next week, until the first weekend in December can I be on track, can I keep my eating under the designated calories.   Under is the key word, can I do it.  I am smart, I have the grades to prove it, but can I get passed this plateau.

So I want to add another factor, can I start training for a 5K in the process.  Obviously fast days I will not train (can I do those?!  I hope so)  Doubling this war on 166 now!

2014.11.17

I have been minding what I eat and I am proud to say I am down to 165!  overall during this I have lost 6 lbs.  I am almost to the halfway point.  I will say on Saturday I tipped the scale at 162 but hubby and I drank a bottle of wine that night... not so good for a fast day.  I am still in love with my chicken broth vegetable concoction.  Also we started making our family pizzas on a pizza stone instead of the sheet pan.  Smaller portions for everyone, and a much more limited amount.

Here is my daily food diary

Once again I quadrupled my calories.  This whole not eating is hard, especially when you love food as much as I do!  Thanksgiving is coming and I am having an 800 calorie day!  I am all prepped with my turkey and we are going to smoke it!

As I have gone through my days I have had moments of weakness, like when I pass by my college bookstore that has amazing coffee.  But I got my very own ANA Bracelet to remind me not to eat.  I got a watch because I rarely wear just bracelets and I always think that a watch can easily be as decorative as a bracelet

As another side note my hubby is on the diet a smidge also.  He sees me eating less so then he eats less, he has lost about 5 lbs also!

Good Luck to my readers!

11/4

Today was interesting, i shot myself in the foot with eating some cheese curls last night.  They are my weakness, especially as a midnight snack.  So I had already started off my 200 calorie day without 150 calories.  Talk about a challenge!  So I had my coffee and ran to class, lunch was a bit harder.  I have had some veggies in the fridge for some time.  I chopped them up and boiled them with 1 cup of chicken broth and some added water.  It was delicious.

I had loads of energy today in the afternoon and was able to pull an old split rail fence and shave all the hair off my scotty dog.  Well, the scotty looks really awful, and I ate french fries and a chicken nugget for lunch.  Too many weaknesses and once again too many calories... Sigh

Disclaimer:  This diet may be dangerous and I would not recommend anyone doing it.  I am just crazy to try.

Monday 11/3

So it has been a rough day.  I am under a lot of stress with my Statistics test tomorrow.  My normal way of coping would be to eat something.  So learning to reprocess this stress into new outlets is challenging.  I had tutoring so not having lunch was interesting.  Though I did have some hot chicken broth for lunch.  It is the 100 calorie day on the schedule so I am yearning for food.  But I keep telling myself war on 166!  By the way yesterday when I weighed in it was 164.6, I nearly squealed.

The kids are eating Pizza for dinner while I am taking 1/6 of a hard boiled egg and wrapping it in a thin 1/2 circle piece of salami, and don't forget my quart of water.  See I love salami, and I love hard boiled eggs, so I have decided it is not bad, except that it is 24 calories each, which is a bit more than I anticipated.  Thank goodness 100 days are not that often or I would be in some serious trouble.

By the way I am a non smoker and I have a very busy household with 3 kids and a hubby.  I still need to cook for them, and manage how much I eat, but I sit down and join them for every meal.  I am doing my best at staying me and not loosing me in the diet.

So I doubled the calories for the day.... Ohh well, I did my best and will continue to wage this crazy war.

Welcome

So I want to give some details before people start posting that Anorexia is not an advventure and other 4 letter words.

I have been on Weight Watchers for over a year now, with fantastic, results.  I have lost about 25 lbs, on it, but about 6 months ago I hit a plateau, and nothing made my weight budge.  I would exercise and train, and then nothing, I tried just about everything.  So I decided to declare war on my 166.  It is a weight that I was at all through high school, and I want to finally break through it.  So I am adopting an Ana Bootcamp Diet.

I would like you the reader to understand that I am not in the middle of an eating disorder, nor do I plan on continually eating like this for longer than the next 6-8 weeks.  I just want others to know that weight sometimes is a struggle and sometimes you need to stop yourself and go a little off the crazy end.  As follows is the plan I am going to follow.

Now I am starting this blog as a way for others to understand what is possible to eat while on this diet.  And you will slide some days, I usually do.  I am on the 100 today and I am already over, but I am doing my best.  I keep to heart to drink 1 quart of water with every meal.  It really helped on Halloween when most of my calories had to go to a crescent roll wrapped hot dog.  Lucky for me that was a 500 day, here is my picture of my food diary.

I thought I did very good one for it being Halloween and it was crazy cold out, so I splurged on the hot chocolate.

Every day I will do my best to post what I am eating and how my weight is going.
