I am doing this post for my tips and tricks, most of these are not mine and I will say they are a compilation of things I have come across.
- Take a picture of yourself everyday in a swimsuit so you can see your progress
- instead of eating, read a book, curl up in bed and watch a movie.
- when you think about eating play with this calculator here
- Eat 5 bites every 5 minutes, remember to cut your food up tiny!
- never eat anything before 7 AM and after 7PM
- smell some coffee, if need be, brew it black

Today
Husband, "I know its Mothers Day, but I would like to go to the bookstore to buy myself something."
My mother, "Ohh you can't wear that dress you look skinnier than me."
