So I am just getting over a wedding from the weekend, full binge, but I adored it and had such a wonderful time. Back to regular life now.
I have been using Natalie Portman from Black Swan as a Thinspo lately and I wondered, I am 5"9" what is my ballerina weight. So I googled. I found this interesting article on the Russian Ballet here it proved to be very interesting to read. The basic calculation for the girls is your height subtract 127 is equal to your weight in kg.
Here is the overall equation
X = height in CM
Y = goal weight in kg
X-127=Y
Using inches to convert I am 69" tall, I used this converter I am 175.3 cm tall
Following the calculation I should be 48.3 kg
Using this calculator to get that to lbs
My ballerina weight should be 106.5

Tips and Tricks
I am doing this post for my tips and tricks, most of these are not mine and I will say they are a compilation of things I have come across.
- Take a picture of yourself everyday in a swimsuit so you can see your progress
- instead of eating, read a book, curl up in bed and watch a movie.
- when you think about eating play with this calculator here
- Eat 5 bites every 5 minutes, remember to cut your food up tiny!
- never eat anything before 7 AM and after 7PM
- smell some coffee, if need be, brew it black

I am back!
So I am back, school is back in session and I am getting worried about losing weight and all these weddings this summer. I honestly just want to be gorgeous for these weddings. I have a super boost in my metabolism since beginning to work out. I am onto working the track and weights and swimming.
So we have a new adaptation to this diet that I am pulling from another site.
Welcome back!

Happy Birthday to Me!
Yesterday was my birthday and I was not so excited to celebrate 30. Here are my New Years Resolutions:
1. Get thinner
- notice I didn't say lose weight, I want to tone up and loose fat, maybe even help this unwanted skin around my belly.... darn my three wonderful kids
2. Exercise more.
- I am not joining a gym but I do have a gym buddy at college and I will be excited to get back there. I have a big lull between some of my classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Usually there are classes for areobics then. They are meant for faculty, but I am sure I could gab my way in. Don't forget my treadmill at home!
3. Take better care of my skin
- So I am lucky that my mom has good skin, and my grandma also has good skin, so genetics are on my side. But we all have super sensitive skin so I have to be careful of products. More on that in a later post.
4. Stand Up Straight
- I would love better posture. I sit at the computer alot between my business and classes and facebook so I am going to order something to help remind me to sit up straight.
Continuing on my Extreme Weight-loss Journey, April 1st is the day I am going to order my dress for a great friend of mine's wedding. I took my measurements today and I am anxious to see what I can get down to:
Bust 39"
Waist 32"
Hip 42"
Now I was able to look back a year and a half ago I was at:
Bust 43.5"
Waist 41.5
Hip 47.5"
I did honestly have a great day with my family, they woke me up with breakfast in bed, Mimosa! Followed by a day at Park City Mall where I got a new hat and my new skin care. Then Kielbasa and Sauerkraut for dinner. We even bought chibatta rolls which were so delicious. Ending with a date with my hubby, it was really last minute so we were able to go to target!
Wishing everyone loads of success with your resolutions this year.
